Kevin Geissler
Kevin Geissler is an experienced aviation executive with over 17 years in commercial aircraft leasing, finance, and APU program development. He currently serves as a Managing Partner at Flagship Aerospace and a Partner at APU Services, where he combines deep financial expertise with hands-on operational insight.
Previously, Kevin spent over 15 years at GA Telesis, where he served as Vice President of Commercial Programs and Aviation Lease Solutions, leading global leasing initiatives across Boeing and Airbus platforms, including APU and landing gear programs. He also served as VP & Corporate Controller, managing global finance and accounting for a $600M+ operation.
As a licensed CPA with a strong background in aviation asset management, Kevin brings strategic vision and practical leadership to APU Services’ mission of delivering reliable and flexible APU solutions to the global aviation industry.

Phil Nardini
Phil Nardini is a seasoned aviation executive with over 20 years of experience in aerospace sales, sourcing, and MRO solutions. He currently serves as President of Flagship Aerospace, and Partner at APU Services, where he brings his deep expertise in engine solutions and global sales to help deliver flexible, high-performance APUs.
Throughout his career, Phil has held senior leadership positions at respected organizations including GA Telesis, Elite Aerospace, and The Fuel Cell, specializing in aftermarket support, engine sourcing, and global trading strategies. As a former Vice President of Sales and Boeing Product Line Manager, Phil has built a strong reputation for understanding the full scope of the commercial aviation supply chain. Phil’s extensive network, hands-on experience, and commitment to delivering real-world solutions make him a key driver of APU Services’ mission to provide dependable and efficient APU support to MROs and aviation operators worldwide.

Paul Greco
Paul Greco brings over a decade of commercial aviation and MRO leadership to APU Services, with deep expertise in asset trading, surplus management, and aftermarket strategy. Prior to joining APU Services, Paul held senior roles at Collins Aerospace, Intertrade, Killick Aerospace, and AeroTurbine, where he managed sales, product lines, and global business development.
Today, Paul serves as Chief Commercial Officer and Partner at Avean, and Partner at APU Services. Paul leverages his strategic sales background, industry relationships, and operational insight to deliver tailored APU leasing, sales, and exchange solutions. His track record of driving growth and building trusted partnerships makes him a cornerstone of our client-first approach.

David Torres
David Torres brings a wealth of technical expertise, industry insight, and over 25 years of leadership experience in aviation and global MRO operations to APU Services. His career has spanned multiple executive roles at some of the most respected companies in the aviation sector, including AeroThrust Corporation, AeroTurbine, and AerCap.
Today, David serves as the President and CEO of Avean, an aviation company he founded, and Partner at APU Services. David leverages his extensive market knowledge and trusted global network to deliver tailored APU solutions for MROs, lessors, and fleet operators. Known for his hands-on leadership and commitment to client success, David continues to be a driving force in building APU Services into a trusted name in aviation.
